If you’d like to play the Suikoden game series in Chronological order, this is the best way to do so. However, as always, it is recommended to play them in the order they were released, at least the first time through, that way you get the full effect that the developers and creators were shooting for. But, do what makes you happy.
- Suikoden IV – 150 years before Suikoden
- Suikoden Tactics – 3 years after Suikoden IV
- Suikoden V – 6 years before Suikoden
- Suikoden
- Suikoden II – 3 years after Suikoden
- Suikogaiden 1 & 2 – During and after Suikoden II
- Suikoden III – 18 years after Suikoden II
